Delivery to school
School packs are delivered free of charge directly to your child’s classroom, on the date agreed with the school.
After ordering, you will receive an email confirming your order details, normally within a few minutes. Any address requested at checkout does not change the school delivery destination. Please enter accurate checkout details.
Returns & guarantees
30-day money-back offer
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive the goods. Contact us within that period so we can help resolve the issue.
For this voluntary offer, goods must be returned in their original condition. It excludes goods that have been worn, used, damaged after delivery, altered, dropped or broken. We recommend returning goods through your school.
School-year replacement cover
Our Program also includes a school-year replacement or exchange guarantee for non-consumable products. This is separate from the 30-day money-back offer. Read more about Our Program, or contact us for help with an item.
Your consumer rights
The conditions of our voluntary offers do not exclude or limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the problem, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund even after a voluntary guarantee period has ended.

Privacy & student information
What we collect
When you order or contact us, we collect the details you provide, including your contact and address information, order details and correspondence. For school pack orders, we also collect the student’s name and year level, and a Student ID where required.
How we use your details
We use this information to process orders, arrange school delivery, respond to enquiries and provide customer support. Student IDs and year levels are checked against approved student records to confirm the selected pack and help prevent duplicate orders.
Our service providers and security
Our website and ordering system use Wix, and card payments are processed by Stripe. These providers handle information as part of delivering their services. We do not share your information for unrelated purposes. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect our legal rights.
We use security measures to protect personal information during transmission and storage. For information about payment data, see Payment security below.
